The Villa is surrounded by 1200m2 of the hedged yard, inside which you can enjoy your privacy by the pool , or barbecue with your family and friend.or just relax in the bueutiful garden.
Villa itself covers an area of 160 m2 and extends over two floors (ground floor and first floor).

On the ground floor there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and two double rooms (160*200) and two bathrooms with walk-in shower.

On the first floor o there is a master air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a beautiful
panoramic view of the city and the sea.

The courtyard features a beautiful and spacious heated pool (35 m2) with a massage system. Sun loungers and a relaxation area with an outdoor shower are located on the sunbathing terrace. Near the pool, separated by a few stone steps, there is an outdoor dining area, a fireplace, and a summer kitchen.
10 km from Diocletian's Palace in the heart of Split, 4 kilometres from acient Salona, and only 15 minutes walk to Klis fortres.
